Simply re-select your institution.
Near the top of the screen, find and select, “You are logged into The University of Texas at Tyler. If this is not your institution, click here”.
Type "Tyler" into the search box.
Select University of Texas at Tyler from the choices.
You should be able to use EBSCO databases as normal after that!
