Need to reset (change) password.
This is an easily resolvable issue and can be troubleshot in a matter of minutes.
To reset your password, go to http://help.uttyler.edu and select one of the password reset options at the right of the page.

Should you continue to receive a login error message after resetting your password, you can look at this guide to connecting to the library resources from off campus.
Alternatively, you may report the problem to Campus Computing Services:
