Q

Can public patrons access library databases?

I am a public patron and would like to search for articles, eBooks, or streaming media in one of the Library's online databases.

Answer

Public patrons can access most of the Library's electronic resources (journals, databases, streaming media, eBooks, etc.) by signing in to one of the public computers on the 2nd floor. They will need a courtesy borrower card (available at the Circulation Desk on the 2nd floor).

Unfortunately, our license agreements with database vendors do not permit us to grant off campus access to public patrons.
