Answer

This error message indicates that there is a temporary, technical problem with off-campus access to the database you selected. Please report this error to the library by e-mailing itsupport@uttyler.edu with 'Library' in the subject line. Please include which database or journal you were trying to access in order to help resolve the problem.

If you are on campus, you can still access library databases in the meantime by removing the EZProxy prefix. For example, if the URL to the database is as follows:

https://ezproxy.uttyler.edu/login?url=http://search.ebscohost.com/login.aspx?authtype=ip,uid&profile=ehost&defaultdb=a9h

Change it to this for on-campus only access:

http://search.ebscohost.com/login.aspx?authtype=ip,uid&profile=ehost&defaultdb=a9h
