Need to reset (change) Patriot ID (email) password
This is an easily resolvable issue and can be troubleshot in a matter of minutes.

Should you continue to receive a login error message after resetting your Patriots password, you can look at this guide to connecting to the library resources from off campus.
Alternatively, you may report the problem to Campus Computing Services:

You will be contacted by someone from the IT Support to troubleshoot the problem.
