On it, click "Settings," then scroll to the bottom and click "Show advanced settings...". Under "Privacy" click "Content settings" and a small window will appear. Scroll down to "Pop-ups." Click "Allow all sites to show pop-ups," then click "Done"  and try the database again.

If you're using Firefox, click the icon at the top right that looks like three horizontal lines. A dropdown menu will appear. On it, click "Options" then click "Content" on the left-hand menu. At "Pop-ups" uncheck the "Block pop-up windows" box and try the database again.

If you're using Internet Explorer, click the icon at the top right that looks like a gear or wheel. A dropdown menu will appear. On it, click "Internet Options" and a small window will pop up with the Internet Options. Click on the "Privacy" tab at the top and then click the box next to "Turn on Pop-up Blocker."
